He sent a number of photos and asked what aspects I liked. The finished painting, Freshwater Beach: After The Rain, is more than I could have hoped for. Andy delivered the painting at a time that suited us. My brother (who loved it) and Andy had a great time discussing some of the technical aspects used. I can't wait until I commission a painting of my own.

Your site popped up on Facebook and this painting 'Big, Blue, Beautiful' was featured. I was immediately drawn to it. The way you have captured a moment in time is amazing. The waves bump and spray and sparkle. The ocean is an integral part of our story. Without knowing it at the time, Long Reef is the featured beach in the painting. It is the headland and beach where we have walked and talked many times in our marriage. A special place for us. Your painting is the perfect anniversary present and the constant reminder that ocean waves roll in and out, as do good times and not so good. But the blue of the ocean is constant, calm, and deep.

The attention to detail often results in visitors being drawn to it and it quickly became the main feature in our home.
